Reroutes are essential for organizing node graphs, and we really, really want/need them.

Naively, I think we needn't go much further than add logic in the socket base - only the socket base really talks over a link.

In truth, I think we need to be very careful. We need to make sure the reroute case is special-cased whenever our slightly fun NodeLinkCache mechanics try to play out.

NOTE: We'll want to support muting in the too, in the same vein (I believe it's generally "just" an internal node link).
