To deploy the chat stack:

Write Stack
Install Configs
Install Secrets
Requisition Low-Latency Storage for zulip-postgres
Requisition Low-Latency Storage for zulip-rabbitmq
Requisition Low-Latency Storage for zulip-redis
Requisition S3 Storage for zulip-redis

After testing:
