This goes with the principle of "if you need something, automate it during deployment".

R2 is nice. Its free 10GB is especially perfect. Currently, we need to manually create R2 buckets and tokens. This should instead be done automatically, when a stack asks for it; a block like this can absolutely break the "one-click from source to working cluster" experience.
