According to https://studieinformation.dtu.dk/english/bachelor-of-science-in-engineering/general-engineering/programme-specification

During the first month, the student is required to submit a project plan outlining the objective of the BSc project to the supervisor.

This Issue tracks the creation of this "project plan" for submission to the project supervisor.
